You can get good ones for around $200 each, user controlled, however you would need to change the tapes and there woulden't be any centralized way to pull recordings and listen, you'd have to do it tape by tape.

Other companies you can obtain quotes from are Dictaphone and Witness and I've not heard good things about "Racal Recorders" so you may want to steer away from them.
It all depends on what your requirements and budget is. You should look into all of your options and get quotes from multiple vendors and also take into consideration the Monthly or Yearly maintenance fees when making your decision.
