Hi All,

I am looking for the ability to record all calls made/received by up to 30 agents. Can you please recommend some products?

Some details:

-Needs to interface with Avaya equipment
-Site is using Call Center Elite
-Need to search recordings by agent ID, date/time, and (preferably) phone number
-Recording search must be doable by multiple (3-5) managers from their desktops

Cost: Absolutely need to keep costs under $10k.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Matt

We've done a similiar set-up very cheaply. We use the service observing facility on the switch along with a product call digital logger ( What we do is hook-up analog lines on one side of the digital-logger and modems controlled by a PC on the other. We've got a little java app that processes recording schedules set-up by the managers (record rep X for 2 hours starting at 9:00AM) and that drives the modems to initiate service observing at the appropriate time and for the appropriate rep. All-in for 8 ports of recording is ~$1000.00. Email me if you want more details or the java code. kmcglinchey@servicemagic.com

Thanks for the reply... Can anyone else please provide some ideas, even one-liners? I am not having a lot of luck with my own search.

Thank you!!
