Receipt for Voicemail?

How bout if instead of using personal mailboxes you use hunt group main boxes, And on the reception phone and the users phone program the H"group name" under source number...this way the reception transfer to the huntgroup of that user and when the user checks the message the reception will be able to see that there is no new message in that mailbox. get what im saying?
