We have IPO 500 with 3 PRIs and 64 VCM Channels & VCE Licenses & 32 VM Prochannels. When the call is received (from any of 90 channels) it is received by the VM and then depending on the option, is routed either to another system (CM). The system gets rebooted very frequently during the high traffic hours. Though we have not come to any conclusion, it is observed that when the VM channel consumption reaches 100%, it happens. We have R 5.0.26 and VM Pro 5.0.30. Any solution to this..??!
