My DSL says its a computer problem. My computer manuf. says it's not their problem. Situation: When I boot first time of the day, I can receive email but can not send UNTIL I go into Outlook Express accounts and correct changes made since I shutdown. What I find on startup (or restart): the server name in the email accounts has been changed to "local host" when it should be "incoming.verizon.net" and each email username has been changed to example: "joeblow/incoming.verizon.net." The account passwords are unchanged. I have PC-cillin running at startup and scans indicate no viruses. I'm using WinXp Pro. This has been going on for about 6 weeks and I can't recall anything that I changed in the system to cause this. Anybody know how to fix this pain? Thanks!
