Reading unix "tar" tapes on Win NT machine

Does anyone know of a way to read unix "tar" tapes on Win NT?

Check out MKS Toolkit ( Also Lone-Tar had a DOS-TAR program but I don't know if it will work for NT ( James P. Cottingham

GNU have a x86 version of both TAR and GZip, in DOS executable form.
