Reading unix "tar" tapes on Win NT machine

Does anyone know of a way to read unix "tar" tapes on Win NT?

Also Lone-Tar had a DOS-TAR program but I don't know if it will work for NT (

http://www.lonetar.com).

GNU have a x86 version of both TAR and GZip, in DOS executable form.
