I'm reposting this with the b/c I posted it late yesterday and still haven't recieved a response, and I need to add something to it.

Original Post:
"I need to be able to Print my e-mail with everything showing from the header field. I want to print similar to "memo style" with the fields listed From:, To:, CC:, BCC:, Subject, and what the attachment was (not the actual attatchment). Is it possible? "

I now know that the BCC is unprintable by design, but I still cannot print just the attachment name.

Something new has arised, I would like to set up a personal e-mail contact list in Outlook 02. So I would have my default "Contacts" for business and another one called "Personal" for personal e-mail contacts. I have one set up, but how can I import an e-mail list into it?

Not sure on the first question, I'll get back to you if nobody else does.

Second question,

1. Go to File>Import (I assume this is in the same spot as Outlook 2000).

2. Select the type of file to import (if its from Outlook select, personal folder file .pst), and browse to the .pst file with your email list.

3. Select only the folder in that .pst with the e-mail list (probably contacts), and specify the destination folder (the one you called personal).

If the e-mail list did not come from Outlook, then replace step 2 with whatever file type the source e-mail list is.

Thank You mattjurado. I was trying to add the 2nd contact list the hardway, using "Tools" "E-mail Accounts" "Add New Directory or Address Book". I was inadvertantly adding a new directory instead of just adding a contact list. By Right-clicking on the navigation bar and selecting "New Folder" I was able to add a new folder to the contacts list and that gave the seperation that I needed. I still have not found a way to do the first part. ANY, and I do mean ANY, suggestions would help.

Here's the answer to the first part. I got it from Doroth on another post:
"A couple things. If the item is shown in html/rtf you won't see the attachments on the printed copy. To fix this, since you can't determine the other user's mailing options, open the message than choose control+shift+o. That should alter the message to plain text and should allow the attachments to show as part of the message. "
