There a two steps: first you need a RAS dial-up connection. Go to your Control Panel and add a new dial-up network connection. On the security tab make sure the option "Terminal" is checked. Leave the rest at default.
After dialling in you should get an icon in you system tray representing the network connection. When you check the properties you can see the IP address of the server.
Step 2 is to add a switch in ASA using the network connection option and the IP address you just wrote down.
Keep in mind that you will need a login and password for the RAS connection AND a login and password for logging in to Communication Manager. These are not necessarily the same.
