R7.0.27- 9620 Phones - Won't go Idle

I have a bunch of 9620 phones out at a customer site.

The phones wont go into 'idle mode'. The time is set in the 46xxsettings.txt file for 240 minutes. the phones did receive the 46xxsettings.txt file. I don't get any timeout on the upload of the files, or at least on the phones, I don't see any timeouts. Anyone have any suggestions?

In the 46xxsettings file did you delete the ## before this setting? Also on the 9608 phones I had to clear them in order to get the setting to apply.

I did not delete the ##. I will try that and let you know.

That is how you activate the setting.

This s straight from my 46xxsetting file, just making sure it is in yours.

Use "## " without quotes to comment out a line.
## To activate a setting, set the parameter to the
## appropriate value for your environment and remove the
## "## " from the beginning of the line.

Yes, that is in the file setting.

Clear the phones and let them load the file again.
Sometimes they just won't accept a new file and keep using the old file.
