"off hook" problem 3.0 - 3.1

Hello

I just installed a IPO406V2 with 3.1.69 and we have a problem with headsets (off hook function). Normal if you work in off hook mode and a call is entering you have a ring tone in the headset. Now we have silence and when you answer the call with enter you have connection. You see the call in the PhoneManager., but no ring tone in the headset.
We experienced this problem in 3.0(59) , 3.0(67) and 3.0(69). This problem is not solved in 3.1(29) anyone else has the same experience?

Yes what you would call a known issue w had it on a 406 V1 and got a private build no problem
