Hi All,
That's the highly informative message that greets me at home when I try and start Outlook 2000 on my ME machine!
I tried to repair the office installation but got the following message:
"Error 1402. Could not open key: UNKNOWN\Installer\Components\[Long Row Of Digits]. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel."
So I tried re-installing Outlook and got the same message. Then I tried uninstalling Office and got the same message, so it seems I can't do anything with it at all!
I haven't added any software or hardware recently and had no problems using the program previously.
Any ideas, please? I'm stumped!
TIA,
Neil.
