Gracias.

For those that dont read spanish, this is his question

Hi, I'm new to this forum, I just hope I can include and involve resolving some doubts.
But it turns out that I have a question for the moment:
SAR'm setting my schedule to be able to restrict users from my 61, but when users have authorization codes, I jump my curfew.
There is also a way to block schedules for the authorization codes?
Thank you.

He can restrict on the route with TOD is one way to go

Buenos Dias,

Saludos,

The OP's question, in English, would best be stated:

=======================
Hello,
I am new to this forum. I just joined and hope to participate in answering questions as well. But as it turns out, I am the one with the question at this moment.

I'm trying to configurate my SAR to restrict users in my option 61 per scheduled times , but when the users have an authorization code, they override my schedule restrictions.

Is there a way to also block by schedule all those with authorization codes?

Thanks!
=======================

If anyone has any suggestions besides what bigindian65 and I suggested (using TOD on the RLI instead of SAR), you can post and I'll translate.

Gracias.

All,

In short, for (example) 65% of his phones, they should always have the same privileges. For 35% of hsi phones, they should have privileges from 8a-4p, and outside of 8a-5p they should be restricted to local service only. (I'll translate better in a minute, but that's the gist).

I can't think of any real answers as if he uses auth codes, auth codes always work, no time restrictions?

En inglés:

Greetings my friends, thatnks for your comments and contributions, but I have not been able to solve my problem.
Although you have suggested that I can block trunks by schedule, in reality that is not what I would like, since of 100% of my extensions I only need to limit by schedule a percentage of them. The rest of the percentage I would like to let them be with no limitations.

Example:
65% of my extensions 24 hrs. a day, 365 days of the year they will have the same privileges
35% of my extensions have an authorization code which will be normally working between 0800 and 1600 hrs, with 1601 to 0759 of the following day when I would like such authorization codes to be restricted to only local service

If someone has done this one, I would appreciate the contrubution and knowledge sharing.

Saludos,

(English):
Hello,

I do not know of any way to have Authorization Codes restricted by Time of Day. Authorization codes always override the CLS, NCOS, and TGAR.

If the 35% phones could not have authorization codes, then you could use a simple Scheduled Access Restriction on the phone and not give the users Authorization Codes. Then you could set the hours 1601 to 2359 and 0000 to 0759 to be restricted to local service only.

I will keep researching and see if I can find any other manner to solve your problem.
