Hello,
I am fairly new to the Avaya world and would like to be able to query raw data from the CMS database. Is this possible, and if so, how would I go about it? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Randy

Depending on your version there are a couple of different ODBC drivers. These provide access to most historical data. For call record details you would probably need External Call History (ECH). Some applications provide realtime access and use RTSocket. You can find info on ECH and ODBC on the Avaya web site. for RTSocket you probably want to talk to your vendor.

Thanks for the info, Jimbo...I'm looking that direction now.
