Quedued and still Queded not working

I have configured a couple of these before for a call group but Im not sure what im missing.I actually did a stare and compare on my old config and it looks the same.

Rls 9 VMPro running intuity mode ( App Server )
Huntgroup XXXX
I configure Q and still Q under the Hunt group XXXX

Call huntgroup from a phone on the system and busy the one phone I have in Q
But im still getting the canned VMPro WAV " I'm afraid all of our agents are busy "
and it will not follow anything I have configured under that Q and still Q.

Then I added a WAV under Default start point to see if I was hitting that with no change.

Announcements/ ON
Synchronize calls /unchecked
rebooted the the vmpro

I tried looking for that " I'm afraid all of our agents are busy ".wav /opt/vmpro/wavs but couldnt find it



What am I doing wrong?

also every one of the users mailbox's now have a" 2:" in front of their name

I saw this 2: stuff going on about a week ago. I had a UC module in a system working fine, and decided to move to a virtualised app server. I didn't think much of it since everything was working fine, so my only thought is that the system now knows if another voicemail server had mailboxes created for it previously and lets VMPro know for whatever reason.

Not sure if I'm correct there (likely I'm not) but thought I'd chime in and say I'd seen it before at least.
