Please use the following procedure to clear the PZ-M537 when adding to an existing working CP14/CP16:
1. Back-up PBX database.
2. Power down PBX and install PZ-M537 on MP.
3. Power up PBX and perform B load.
4. Power down PBX and remove PZ-M537 from MP.
5. Power up PBX and reload database.
6. Power down PBX and reinstall PZ-M537 on MP.
7. Power PBX up.
1. Back-up PBX database.
2. Power down PBX and install PZ-M537 on MP.
3. Power up PBX and perform B load.
4. Power down PBX and remove PZ-M537 from MP.
5. Power up PBX and reload database.
6. Power down PBX and reinstall PZ-M537 on MP.
7. Power PBX up.
