Hi,
I was wondering if there's anything in or able to added-on to an IP Office 406 where I can have the AutoAttendant prompt for a name like "Please speak the name of the person you want to reach" and then have it compare to the voice recordings and transfer to the correct person. So if I have a user who's recorded his name as "Bob" and someone dials in and, when prompted, says "Bob" gets transferred to that ext. Is this possible? Thanks,
