I am reinstalling a Prologix for a customer that has downsized from 200 phones to 35. There is only room on the wall for one cabinet. How do I tell the Prologix that it is only an "A" cabinet now? I have rearranged the boards the way I want them, and the system sees them properly, but it also still sees the B and C cabinet, albeit as empty. Is it always that way, or is there something I need to change in either hardware, software, or both? Along the same lines - does anyone know the number/name of the hardware installation manual for the Prologix? It is a G3CsiV13.

Things I have done - I removed the TDM bus 'handle' from carrier C and installed it in the second slot on carrier A. I have removed the DS1's and all the boards from the C cabinet and disabled TTI. The clan board shows a data module on port 17. When I try and remove it I get an error that I must removed the link. When I try and change the comm link screen to delete it I get an error that I must remove via the data module. I can't find anything in the documentation that addresses this.

Command: list data
Command: remove data xxxx (where xxxx is the extension for clan datamod)

when I do the remove data xxxx commmand, the message "must disable assoc link before removing data module." I displayed communication link, and the link is the first (and only) link. The message at this point says I can't make changes at the this screen; they must be done at the data module screen. I tried to change it from ethernet to something else and it won't let me; I also tried removing the number to no avail. I am not sure how to make this go away.

Change data xxxx. There should be a filed that says "enable link". Change that to "n" first.

Actually on cm3 you enable and disable the ip-interface for the clan slot.
Code:
#Enable to n
change ip-interface 1c10 Page 1 of 1
