Programming SEB modem

Does anyone have information on programming an SEB modem to dial out to a pager for trouble notification???? This was just dropped on me and I am not sure if it is possible or how easy this is.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there an alternative to an SEB modem that can recognize switch alarms and call out or email???? I am working on McGuire AFB and we are losing our monitoring service. We are looking for an alternative to the SEB.....

I don't have experience with their serial data monitoring capabilities, maybe someone else in this forum can speak to that, but I use their products to monitor a host of other items. It can monitor voltages, contact closures, temps, audio and claims to have serial interactive monitoring capabilites. It can alert pagers and phones. You can respond to it via computer or DTMF from your cell phone..it talks in Dr. Spaitso language.

Also, post the same in the Aspect forum. I am not 100% sure, but thought someone had written a modifiable Aspect script which can monitor a switch and post specified alarms to email, WCTP or TAP dial out all of which will notify your pager.
