in TAPRO or via Phone browser ----> edit KEY
Which IP phone are you talking about? The keymaps are different depending on which phone it is, and the Openstage phones have a permanent mute button already. Otherwise, like he said, just program a key as MUTE - you can do it graphically in Assistant, or if you use TAPRO you need to know the button number you want to change.
