Problem with Voice Mail-Norstar M7310

Our voice mail seems to be working fine when connecting outside calls to voice mail. But when we try to connect to another co-worker's voice mail to leave a message, the voicemail doesn't click in; it just rings and rings. Is there a way to set up the phone to take inside voice mails without affecting outside calls from reaching voicemail? Thanks!

The easiest way would be to use Feature 980 to send a message. You can use Call Forward/No Answer to forward to voicemail, but this can also affect incoming calls and send them to the wrong mailbox if not setup correctly.

Make your your telephones are forwarding to voicemail's DN number in capabilities under forward no answer. Enter Feature 985 to display the voicemail's DN number and make sure it appears under forward no answer in capabilities.
