problem with outlook and godday

recently, I purchased e-mail with domain from godaddy. I can access my domain and webmail, but no luck on receving e-mail from outlook or any other mail program. I called godday.com their refer me to thier support page. not very helpfull. T tried everthing closing down many progra, (firewall and etc.) still no help. any help will be appreciated. please
 
Yes, I followed the instruction. I have account with yahoo I can send and receive. With godday.com I can send but I can not recevie. Thanks
 
Try sending a email from godaddy to yahoo and then replying to message in yahoo. Did you receive the reply?
 
I was able to send to yahoo. but when I reply to the e-mail I got the following error:
Unable to connect to server mail.mydomain.us pop3 server

 
In yahoo email when you reply to the email you received from the godaddy account. Yahoo returns that error?
 
I have two accounts in outlook one yahoo and one godday.com. yes yahoo return that error. I tried to just set-up the godady.com in outlook express by itself still same error

 
OK- you say can send but not receive.
I asked for your specific error message. In outlook while sending and receiving, bring up the details box in the lower right corner and copy the error it gives you for that account. Then post it here.
 
Try doing this in webmail not in outlook. We need to see if Outlook is configured wrong for godaddy or if godaddy is configured wrong.

You have to change "mydomain" to the domain that you registered.
IE In outlook change the pop3 settings to
mail.msn.us

never mind- I see you posted it above
You do have your own domain name there, instead of "mydomain," right?
 
here the exact error message:

"unable to connect to the server.(account mail.horizonpacific.us, pop3 server. error number 0x800ccc0e
 
Ok so we know it have to do with the settings in outlook

Try this for you email settings

Incomming mail-->mail.horizonpacific.com
Outgoing mail-->smtpout.secureserver.net

Make sure to follow all the instructions with the help file link you have listed above.
 
I had setting exactly the way suppose to be.

pop3: mail.horizonpacific.us
smtp: smtpout.secureserver.net

 
Becasuse you cannot receive it have to be the setting for you pop server now reading the instructions from that above link try this

mail.horizonpacific.com

I did still the same error "horizonpacific.com" why I can send but not receive?
 
Did you follow these instructions on GoDaddy help page?
