Thanks for any comments. Equipment;

MICS R1T1, Startalk C 2.0.0.4L(old PC style)

I have it set up for an Answer DN to ring at the receptionist's phone at ext 221 for calls to extension 227 whom I've isolated two lines for. I have already used up all 4 greeting tables so I've gone to this option. My problem is that if nobody answers the call, it will be picked up by the General Mailbox with the greeting recorded there instead of being picked up by 227's mailbox greeting.

Should I maybe get rid of the Answer DN to 221 and use a CFNA to 221 and if 221 doesn't answer, how can I get 227's mailbox to answer?

set 227's CFNA to a lower number than 221.
I am assuming the gen deliv is assigned to DN 221

reading my post- it may be confusing
what I mean is the CFNA timer of 227 should be lower than the CFNA timer of 221
(e.g. set 227 to 4 rings, set 221 to 6 rings)
