I need to see if there are any old timers that remember this problem. It allowed us to add a station but when it needed to be TTI'd or other changes I get this "Error encountered, can't complete request". I thought when this happened in the past that only Tier 4 engineers from AT&T/Lucent had to get their bible to find the bit and then go into the system and fix/remove the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions other than calling Avaya.

Thanks

TTI had a lot of problems in the earlier versions. It was so bad in (around V6 ) that I completely disabled it. Not only were their problems like you mentioned it also corrupted up all the entries on the station forms (cable pairs, jack numbers) that sort of thing).

In the end my station records being correct meant more than TTI did.
