Problem with DB of CMS

There is a problem in a Data Base from the CMS. When I try to make a back up the following message comes up: error: Database access errors - see Error Log.

Is there any way to fix Databases from CMS, other than reconfiguring the CMS?

I would appreciate an early response, please.

All I can say is contact your busines partner or Avaya and have them escalate the problem to the COE they have the people that might be able to help you out Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.
