problem when transferring calls 4.2 5420 Phone 1

Didn't see if this was a known issue or not, but 1 of our employees mentioned that when she transfers a call using phone manager and then hangs up the receiver the speakerphone comes on. She says it didn't do this before. Is it possible this is related to Visual Voice?
 
It's a known issue, I'm seem to remember it being in the known issues list anyway.

I looked again and didn't notice that particular issue in the known issues.. 1 about the IPoffice rebooting in certain instances, but if that was happening wouldn't the call get Disco'd?
 
Now I remember, it's in the fixed issues for the 4.2 trial level I am testing.

OK, guess I'll just have to wait, and tell the employee that until next update comes out there's not much i can do about it.
