Client has a 412 running 4.0.14. Dual PRI card with Verizon (Maine)standard PRI services. Verizon forces acct code on LD calls.
Problem is that we cannot get an acct code to recognize when forwarding a phone to a long distance number. We also cannot call the number directly using the short code (same issue). It worked prior to upgrade from 3.2 v54.
Current shortcode:

If you dial the tel. number directly, you can enter the acct code.
