Hi,
Could someone help me ???
I have to customer with definity and prologix differents platforms and sw vers.
1 - two definity si connected with an Ip trunk , one is rel 8.4 and the otherone is rel. 9.5 .
The problem is when I call from the rel 9.5 to rel 8.4 I heard a very high volume ring tone and I heard the noised voice during conversation.

2 - one G3r rel. 10 and one csi rel 10 .
I have the same problem , but in this case from the csi I can call the U.S. passing through the g3r by another Ip-trunk and everything works good , instead when from the csi I call the g3r I have the problem descibed for the first case .

Thanks in advance

Maybe your loss groups aren't set the same?

Hi ,
Yes they are the same .
I checked about :
The codec , the trunk config , the sign groups , the Ip-Net Reg. , the ip-hairpinning and ip-direct connect.
All the parameters are the same .

On the si rel 9.5 ( the first case ) I tried to connect to the lan a csi rel. 9.5 , everythings works good.
I tried with a new si rel. 9.5 with the processor working on the si with problem , I encountered the same problem.
I'll do the last test , change the processor board .

whath do You suggest ???

Yes, they are.
Something more ???
