Pro mailbox greeting repeats does not allow message to be recorded 2

Avaya IP office user reports that Reset a mailbox in vmail pro for new employee and now the greeting the user recorded just repeats over and over and beeps for leaving a message but does not allow caller to leave a message. Checked to make sure all settings and programming for user matched working users no errors found.

Ideas ?

I imagine they saved it with the play on a loop option, they need to re-record and save it normally

If there was a previous user of the extension, I would delete the user all together and recreate the new user.
