Privacy OFF feature on CICs

I think this is a tough one. Possibly not do-able. Just installed a CICS and Call Pilot on a job. This is a tech support office and occasionally they need others in the office to join in the calls. I had told them no problem, I could just program a button for Privacy Off/Ftr 83. BUT I had to program their T7316's w/line pool access and no lines assigned. They have 4 lines, 2 more to be added soon. SO, if there are NO line appearances, I think there is no way to use this feature. This is very important to them and I may have to rip it out if I can't give them this feature. HELP!!!

Marv, I've done this. I had a customer who wanted to renegotiate the price after I was done with the job. When he did it a second time I told him he would have to find another tech to abuse.
