Printing in Excel

I don't use Excel often, thus am wondering if there is a trick the following:

Sometimes a spreadsheet will allow me to format the page as 11x17, sometimes it won't ( different spreadsheets ). Is there something to do, perhaps at file creation, which would allow me to print to 11x17 later if I needed to?

Thanks

Paul

Paul,

I've never experienced this issue but within excel printing to the paper is depedent upon the size of the paper selected within page setup. The choices in page setup is dictated by your printer as well. Some printers won't be able to print 11x17 papers so the option is not possible.

That might be it. I was unable to find a place to change the printer unless I actually went into 'Print'... however find that once in Print I can change the tray, alignment, and ect to what I want once the proper printer is chosen.

Hopefully it will work when the spreadsheet I had the problem crops up again.

Thanks!
