PRI TESTER AND DMS100

Has anyone successfully been able to make a call into the CS1000 from a PRI tester. I have 2 testers a Sunset and a EZ Tester both fail in and on the PBX I get incoming calls barred. I call make a call from the PBX to both. I am assuming it has something to do with the SL1PROFL option that needs to be on in the DMS when connecting to the Telco.
