PRI not coming up 2

I've set up a million PRI's on Definity's. This one won't come up. The carrier has been to site and gone on the circuit with a test set. I've create and re-created the PRI.
D Channel won't come up!!

Group state - Out-of-service
Level 3 state - manual-out-of-service

No matter what slot, different boards, cables etc.

G3 Version 6
Existing 2 plain straight T1's currently working on system.

What could be up???

Why would I have to progra a datamodule? Or comm link?

I'm just creating a PRI?

Because that is how every hardware platform without a packet bus works.

what is your hardware platform? what exact version is your v6 software.

list config control and paste here. Unless this is g3r you will need to see a tn765 processor interface or a tn778 packet card.

There are data modules set up in the system. Don't know why though? I took this site over. There is nothing on the system. Just 2 T1's, an old Audix. People make calls and receive. No features used. No perphial devices.

Processor is a TN790B. Vintage 000005. V5 on it.

There is a TN777B Network Control Inteface. V12

What can I do to get this to work?

If you don't have a tn765, go buy one or forget about ISDN

LOL, yes not this old. (Can't paste. Programming on terminal and using clients PC.) With the below information from List Config Control, is there any other way, other than getting a new processor?
(If I get a new processor, can I just do a restore of a back up and it will all come up?)

You don't need a new processor. You only need a new tn765
You will have to power down the switch to install it. When the switch comes up, it will see the board.
Then you will have to add a datamod, comm link, comm processor to make your signaling group work.
One tn765 is good for 4 comm links. If this is a MCC
Multi carrier cabinet, you could have two tn765 for total of 8 links. If this is SCC Single carriers stacked, you will only have one slot for a tn765 (4 links)

Yes, it only has 1 slot. It's a single carrier interface.

So I put the card in, power up. Then just add data mod, comm link, and comm proc? Just pick the next available to add and my PRI and Signal Group will just work?

Doesn't sound to complex. Never done that before, but I'm looking forward to it.

Ah this is some old school stuff, I've only had to do it once, since I hardly every run into R6 switches any longer. It will work, once you get yourself that TN765 card, they should be plenty of them at the third party resellers sites, since they aren't used very often any longer.

For each ds1 pri you will need one tn765 port:
one datamod (it will use 2 extensions)
one comm link
one comm processor
