PRI DID Numbers not routing to Extns

Dear all,

We have prologic system & recently we installed PRI E1 line with 30 channels,

the problem is when calls comes to extns it is not routing to extns it wait for 2mnts & goes to operator,

How to solve this problem
 
check your incoming call handling treatment. Depending on which release you're on, it is either on the trunk group form, or there is a separate form.

You should try and get telco to send DNIS digits to match your extension dial plan. If you have 4 digit extensions, you should ask telco to only send 4 digit DNIS. When the DNIS matches the extension, your switch does the right thing automatically.

The alternative is messing with "incoming call handling treatment" on your trunk group form which involves a lot of trial and error.
