Hello, I am trying to determine if it makes sense to replace a PRI card. We recently experienced an inbound call interuption that goes to our NTAK09BA PRI card. When I stat'd the card in LD 60 it was in a RED ALARM state. Disabling the loop (D-CH was disabled first) took a number of attempts. After which re-enabling the loop and the D-Ch did not resolve the problem. Our service provider could not tell me where the connection between Megalink and our switch was failing. I ultimately INI'd the PBX and everything reset itself. Can anyone tell me if I should replace the PRI card? It has been working fine for about 5 days now, but no telling if this will happen again.
