We currently have a few meeting rooms with new Soundstation2's installed - connected to analogue ports on an Option 61C. The issue we are experiencing is that intermittently the some calls are disconnected. We are dialling out to one number, so only one external call and from the conferences, we are the only ones leaving the conference - therefore the issue looks to be at our site.
This has only started happening with the installation of the new Soundstation2.
We have tried different trunks (inc vendors.), analogue ports, cards, etc - no difference - sometimes the calls last 60mins and others they are cut off after 10mins.
We are starting to think that there is an issue with the Polycom and our PBX, but......
In the meantime we are going to put the old, battered Sounstation (1?) back into one of the rooms to see if it does relate to the newer version.....
Any ideas?
