Yes, I have a used phone I haven't been using for about 6 months. I want to place it back in service. The phone was assigned to port 101 on my block extension 26. I now need it to be on port 105 extension 30, I have done this before but for the life of me can't remember how to change the port and extension. I think I can remember how to change the extension but the port has got me stumped. Can anyone help? Thanks!!

I would change the cross connect at the block.
If Not go to maintenance port/DN status

Yes, thanks for the quick reply. I now what you saying under maintenance "Port/DN" and when I am in there I see port 105>26 I want to change that from 26 to 30. I would rather not get in to changing the block. Can you help me just a little bit more and point me in the right direction. Thanks again!!!

You could go into System Programming -> Change DNs & change 26 to 30.

Note that when you do so, the old "30" (if it existed) will become 26.

I just wanted to say thanks for the reply together we got it working. Thanks again!!!
