I have a new install Netware 6.5 sp1 server installed in a tree with two Netware 6.0 sp4 servers. After installation, I tried unsuccessfully to start iManager. I got a "Page not found..." error.

I looked through Novell TIDs and found that SSL was not working properly. I ran PKIDIAG on the server and it gives me a couple of error messages. They are:

ERROR 0. The KMO SSL CertificateIP exists, but I can't decode it.
or
ERROR -1240. The KMO SSL CertificateDNS exists, but we can't decode it

Then it renames the Certificates to OLD1 Certificates before giving me the other error message. It is:

ERROR -1260 creating SSL CertificateIP.

I've searched the Novell Knowledgebase, but can't find any reference to these error messages. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure your ETC\HOSTS file properly shows your server IP address and server name as well as 127.0.0.1 for the loopback address... I've seen lots of 6.5 servers where the hosts file gets whacked and causes all kinds of problems.

Also, you can gut out all of the security / pki stuff and rebuild it by following the same process that is mentioned in this post:
You should also verify that your server hosting the ORG CA is working correctly, assuming it is on one of the 6.0 servers.
