Pivot Table from Multiple SheetTabs

Does anyone know how to create a pivot table from multiple sheet tabs. When I use Consolidate, I get incorrect data.

Hi,

This is one of the major problems with identical tables on multiple sheets (tabs for dates/areas/personnel etc)

These tables ought to be COMBINED with an additional column for the sheet value.

With a single unified table, there is sooooooo much more that can be accomplished with far less maintenance and headaches!
