Good afternoon,
Our office has several Avaya 9640, an IP 500 V2 control unit, and we used IP Office R7 Manager [7.0(31)] . When we miss a call but no voicemail is left, the Call Log button lights up on the phone. However, if a voicemail is left, that Call Log button does not light up. Our users would like that button to light up whenever a call is missed, whether or not a voicemail is left. Is there any way to do this?
Additional information: I do have the voicemail to email feature turned on. Forward for some users, alert for others. All users are currently under the Basic User profile.
