Phone Manager slow to respond

Hi,

We are using an IP Office 406 phone system.
Firmware V4.0(5)
Also have an analogue pots 16v2 running firmware version 6.0(5)

I have tried installing and using every version of phone manager LITE and all of them seem to experience slow problems when trying to put people on/off park. e.g. I'm on a call, click on any park bay and it takes approx 10 - 20 seconds to respond and put the call in the park bay.

Phone manager V4 seems better but that leads me to another problem where sometimes a call that is coming in on a huntgroup (i.e. Sales) shows in the phone manager's To field as the user and not the huntgroup. I.e. shows to: Simon instead of To: Sales.

All PC's are running XP Pro SP2.

Any ideas?

try turn off windows firewall service on the machines. If it helps, that is the issue, open ports, or run firewall batchfile from Avaya to open them.

Also, disable AV's when douwnloading, and installing Avaya applications.

Downgrade to 3.2, obviously.
