Phone Manager Queue "tab" not showing problem

Hi there,

We are running IP Office v8.1 with Avaya IP Office Phone Manager Pro v4.2.42 on our desktops.

You can start it up, login and the title bar at the top says it is in Pro mode (not "Lite" mode). All the functions (speed dials, voicemail, in/out/ etc) are working, however, the QUEUE tab is not showing up for some reason. Any ideas why this would be?

Don't you need to assign which queues to view first in Settings?
Think you can also set which tabs it should show.
Haven't used PMP for years.

That was it.. thanks!!

Phone Manager in Pro mode (can't be in Lite mode) -> View -> Preferences -> Queue Id -> In the first drop down select your queue.
