Can any of you guys help with this IPO500 v8.0.44 Phone Manager v4.2.42
The customer is loosing call info sometimes from the day before on the phone manager. You can say open phone manager on Monday and none of Fridays call history is there. I have uninstalled phone manager and reinstalled turned off kersperscy firewall and still every random few days this happens. I am running debug on it at the moment and getting her to copy the phone manager file every day. Her pc is running windows7 and it is happening to other users but I’m concentrating on hers for the now. The customer doesn’t want to go to onexportal so I have to try to mend this. We have one girl on XP and she does say she as lost call records but it doesn’t seem as bad and I have not seen it on hers.
Have any of you had something like this?
