Phone Manager bug with 3.0_40

We have a problem with PhoneManager(2.1_12 ; 2.1_13 and 3.0_12) and IP Office (and also SOE) 3.0_40.
When you hold a call with PhoneManager and then hang up, it's impossible to retrieve the call.
The call remains held and no solution to get it again.


We have downgraded into 2.1_35 and the problem disappears.
If somebody has informations, it would be great...

PS : our locale is FRA.
