Phone Directory

Does anyone know if a name (extension) can be removed from the phone Directory feature. I have some extensions that only have bridged appearences but show up in the directory as the actual extension number which is not reachable.

Put an underscore somewhere in the name, tht should exclude it from the Directory.

The old work around for this is to place a special charactor in front of the name, ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) ? > <

All these will work. The directory does not reconize these charactors.
