Percent Allocation

We are trying to do percent allocation from the USA to another location in south america and I want to know if there is any way to it with Communication manager through any features in the hunt grups or vdn's.
Because my local carrier told me that AT&T for example can't do that to a international toll free services.

for percent allocation, you need to have business advocate package in addition to elite call center package. nowadays it's not that expensive as it was before but still it's not cheap. once you have it enabled, setting it up is pretty simple and straightforward: add several skill groups with "pad" allocation type, add some agents and set amout of time in percent that agents are allowed to spend working for every skill. the system will take care of the rest.
