In our office we have a MICS 6.0 and CP 100.
We use a greeting on one of the mailboxes for the 20 or so techs to call in and receive the next morning's stop.
The techs dial in - hit the extension and listen for their assignments. Works great.
What is the best way to perform the same function but with a password?
Yes, I thought about giving them all mailboxes individually and setting up a group to send all of the mailboxes a message, and the techs would dial in - * * mailbox, etc...... One mailbox would be clumsy due to left over old messages/recordings.
Is there a way, even using CCR, to set up a box that can be changed daily with a changeable password on it too, that's easy to use??
I welcome your ideas. Thanks!
