Pairing phones with Mobile Extension

I have just recently installed Mobility. can anyone tell me how to transfer a call from the desktop phone to the twinned phone. Is there a button that can be programmed for easy transfer.

The twinning can be turned on/off via the TUI or GUI.

The twinning connection between the Desktop and the Monitor set is Always On.

Your question makes me think you might have missed a couple of steps in the install process.

Put a DSS key of the "monitor" line on the phone. When the user wants to move the call from the desk set to the cell, just press the DSS key and release...

Yes, transfer the call to the monitor extension via DSS key is the simplest method.

KWBMitel.. sorry for the misleading subject line... My apology.. Thanks Canuckvoip... I think you guys got it right. I knew there was a key setting... just was not sure wich one. I will give it a shot.
