Hi my company is new to Avaya. We have traditionally installed Nortel products...along with others. Does the IPO have the ability to do an automatic handsfree page to a single set (referred to as voice call with Nortel) and an internal intercom (ringing the set) call? Or is it programmed as one or the other? Another manufacturer we use you have to choose (on a set by set basis) basically whether the set rings or the internal call automatically activates handsfree. Again this is in regards to internal calls only--set to set. Thanks and I am sorry for such an elementary question.
