greeting for everybody

I hope that not bothering you.

We know that we can do paging extensions or Hunt Group by using a short code with dial paging feature,

my question is; can we configure a timed or scheduled dial paging to announce a prerecorded message through the users' phone speaker??

You could create a call flow to set a alarm from any extension and a call flow for the dial page function.
Then create a shortcode for accessing the dial page function.
Forward a extension to the shortcode and set a alarm for that extension.

A simple mind delivers great solutions

Sorry for bothering you more, I tried but I failed to do so :(

I can understand "create a shortcode for accessing the dial page function, Forward a extension to the shortcode and set a alarm for that extension."

but how to create a call flow for the dial page function???

if you please; can you instruct me how to do that??

If you dont have an understanding of VM Pro, then you either need to attend a course, or call a local BP to assist.

thanks intrigrant

I did it by creating module for paging and call it by short code forwarded by extention.

Also I found that I can creat it manually direct from server queues>Alert.

but the problem is; it did not drop the call after the prerecorded message ends, and continually looping.

do you have a solution for this???
